Medical documents are sensitive. Share them only through a channel the care team confirms. Do not send passwords or copies of a card you do not need for an estimate.

We do not sell personal information. Hospitals receive the records required for an opinion you have asked us to request, and only for that purpose.

You may ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it. The consultation form on this website checks your details in the browser. Keep your own copy until a coordinator confirms receipt.
